Unless the item is faulty, you will be issued store credit for the full amount of the unwanted item. We offer returns on all full priced items for store credit only provided that:
- Items are returned within 14 days of delivery - The item is returned unworn, undamaged in the original packaging with all original tags still attached - Then item was not purchased on sale (including promotional offers). Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless the item is faulty - Return shipping costs are covered by the customer
Please note: due to high demand, we do not offer exchanges as we cannot guarantee that the item will be in stock once we receive your return. All returned items will automatically receive Store Credit which you can use to purchase a different size or style online.

If you choose to reject/refuse delivery due to customs fees there will be a $25 return fee deducted from you store credit to cover return shipping due to your refusal. This is non-negotiable.

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed we can’t make any changes. If you wish to cancel your order, please email email@example.com immediately as we only have a small window to be able to do so.
If you wish to return an item, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, full name and reason for return within 14 days. Once we receive your return request, we will respond to confirm your return, along with a returns form to include in your parcel.

We aim to have all orders shipped out within 24-48 hours of them being placed. Any orders placed on the weekend or a public holiday will be dispatched the following business day.
